NHVR in first EU agreement following CoR Mass Breaches

The NHVR has accepted an Enforceable Undertaking (EU) from an Australian engineering firm who has breached HVNL Mass requirements, as to avoid prosecution. This is the first ever agreement of its kind for the NHVR and will see $250,000 contributed to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) education.
