Training of Personnel

Online, role-specific CoR Awareness Training Programs

Over 12,000 client personnel are enrolled in LSS online, role-specific programs, with versions for:

  • Leadership Teams

  • Site Teams

  • Load Planners & Schedulers

  • Procurement

  • Sales/Account Management

  • Employee Drivers

We provide online and in-house CoR awareness & process training programs for clients and their personnel.

These web-based programs:

  • Are competence-based

  • Enable nominated client training managers to enroll personnel and monitor their completion via an online management dashboard

  • Provide successful trainees and their managers with access to a Certificate of Completion

  • Issue regular reminders to any trainee yet to complete their training program

  • Require re-completion on a biennial basis

On-Site Awareness or Process Training Programs

We also provide clients with on-site CoR awareness or process training programs.

On-site training is:

  • competency-based

  • delivered by CoRsafe trainers, or by client trainers after train-the-trainer assistance

  • uploaded to the CoRSafe training platform to confirm attendance and outcomes for client management
