Documentation of Processes to Manage CoR Duties

 

We assist clients with:

  • Understanding their internal CoR duties (based on the Step 1 CoRsafe Guide)

  • Documenting and implementing processes to define how each duty will be managed and who will be accountable

Clients are provided with template “CoR Process Manuals” that are modified to suit via CoRsafe facilitated workshops and email/phone/online support.
