Announcing change of ownership for Logistics Safety Solutions

Logistics Safety Solutions (LSS) is excited to announce a change in ownership with the recent full purchase of the business by NTI Ltd.

NTI’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Mr Chris Hogarty says the acquisition is a progressive step towards NTI creating a safer and more sustainable future for the transport and logistics industry.

LSS Founder and Director, Mr Paul Gaynor will continue his involvement with LSS and says NTI is the the right fit for new ownership.

 “NTI has the insight and expertise to make LSS and the LSS CoR-Safe System more accessible to industry. I’m excited to be part of that through this acquisition and improving safety for all road users,” he said.

LSS will run as a separate entity to NTI to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements pertaining to customer data and information.
