A recent conviction of a Transport Director under Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) laws provides an insight into the approach most likely to be applied under CoR laws, which were aligned to WHS laws in 2018. The Transport Director was convicted and fined after a worker was fatally injured from cleaning a coal haulage trailer.
